Ross and Tyler are at the heart of the yard, the two key maintenance staff members who keep everything shipshape. Their dedication ensures every vessel that passes through the yard leaves in tip-top condition.

Ross, with years of experience and an eye for detail, tackles everything from engine tune-ups to hull repairs. Ross has lots of experience with complex mechanical issues, boat refits and GRP repairs. Tyler is the master of finishes and fine details, often seen sanding, varnishing, and restoring boats to their former glory. Together, they form a great team, blending technical expertise with a passion for their craft. Ross and Tyler manage a team of subcontractors as necessary.

Overseeing it all are the boatyard’s owners, Grant and Julian. Whether chatting with customers, organising events, or planning the yard’s next big project, Grant and Julian bring energy and innovation to every aspect of the business.
